Refund Policy

If the Rental Host Ops & Profit Kit doesn't work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to ask

Contact us through Gumroad within 14 days, for example by replying to your Gumroad purchase receipt, and include the email address you used to buy. You don't need to give a reason, though we welcome feedback.

What happens next

We issue refunds through Gumroad, the merchant of record, to your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, it can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Because the Kit is a digital download, we ask that you delete your copies of the files once you are refunded. The license to use the Kit ends with the refund.

After 14 days

Requests after 14 days aren't covered by this policy, but if something is broken, get in touch and we'll do our best to help. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
