These terms cover your purchase and use of the Rental Host Ops & Profit Kit (the "Kit") from Nightly Profit. By buying or using the Kit, you agree to them.

Purchase

The Kit is sold through Gumroad, which is the merchant of record for your order. Gumroad processes payment, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and delivers your download. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the checkout.

License

You may use the Kit for your own short-term rental business, including listings you co-host, and edit the files as you like. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, in original or modified form.

Not professional advice

The Kit is an organizing tool. The Canada and US tax tabs summarize figures you enter; they are not tax, legal or accounting advice and are not a tax return. Confirm your situation with a qualified professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for decisions you make with it.

No affiliation

Nightly Profit is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Microsoft or Google. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.

Sample data

The sample properties, bookings, guests and costs in the Kit are made up for demonstration and do not represent real results.

Refunds

Warranty and liability

The Kit is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee it is error-free or suited to every situation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought the Kit applies to that purchase.
